Experience what it’s like to be part of a FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics team. Work alongside members of Salem Academy’s robotics team to build a basic robot chassis that can accomplish various tasks seen in the FIRST Tech Challenge competition. Explore robot design, block code programming, and then put your robot to the test! If you want to add to your robot, check out Week 2 Ins and Outs of Robots!
Location: Kaleideum North, 400 West Hanes Mill Road
Registration is required—$210/members, $250/non-members
If you would like to add morning extended care (beginning at 8 am) for an additional $25—select the ticket Youth + AM extended care.
If you would like to add afternoon extended care (until 5:30 pm) for an additional $25—select the ticket Youth + PM extended care.
If you would like to add BOTH morning and afternoon extended care (8 am-5:30 pm) for an additional $50—select the ticket Youth + AM and PM extended care.

Extended care can also be purchased by-the-day on-site.
