MARCH 14, 2018   Brain Awareness Day

Wake Forest University's Brain Council will host interactive stations throughout Kaleideum North for students, grades 4-12th, to visit and learn about everything "brain"! Participants will get to explore topics such as the anatomy of a brain, what are neurons, how does memory work, and other functions of the brain. This event is co-sponsored by the Western North Carolina Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience. 

Grades: 4-12

Time: 9 am - 12 pm (floating)

Event Location: Kaleideum North (formerly SciWorks)

Museum hours on March 14 are 9 am- 4 pm. Prices include Museum admission and program fee. NC Sales tax is applied to admission. On-line sales close March 13 at 9 pm. **Please note new prices for youth admission for those children ages 1-4 years old, attending the day's visit, apply (Youth: $9.00 plus tax). Members, to receive your admission discount, register/sign in on the top right of your screen. Your discount will be applied in your cart before you complete your transaction.
