ASTRONOMY DAY

Join us for a day of astronomical fun as we explore the solar system through activities, crafts, and planetarium programs.  We will have demonstrations around the museum where you can learn all about space, from the planets of our solar system to orbiting objects and galaxies.  (This is a "floating event" in which participants will visit facilitated stations located throughout the museum. Please allow at least 1 1/2 to visit all areas).

Target Grades:  K-6

Program Time: 10 am-1 pm

Event Location: Kaleideum North (400 West Hanes Mill Rd.)

 

Regular museum hours are 9 am-4 pm.

Kaleideum offers this program free with paid admission. This is a floating event, but please allow up to 1 1/2 hours to participate in all event stations. NC Sales tax is applied to admission.
