Members: $20/first child; $15/each additional child. Non-members: $25/first child; $20/each additional child.
Cancellation Policy - If you registered for a paid program and have to cancel, our refund procedure is as follows. This policy is in place because our programs require advance purchase of materials and refreshments.
• More than 14 days in advance – full refund
• Less than 14 days in advance and up until 7 days before the program – 50% refund
• Canceling less than 7 days before the program – no refund
Inclement Weather Policy - Visitors safety is very important to us. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe road conditions, Kaleideum may cancel an event. If there is a cancellation, there will be social media posts on Facebook announcing the cancellation. In addition, there will be an outgoing message on the Welcome Desk phone - 336.723.9111 x211. If you have registered for a special event that has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Weather and road conditions vary greatly from area to area. If you choose not to attend a program that Kaleideum is offering due to inclement weather or unsafe road conditions in your local area, we are not able to issue a refund.
